VISITING YACHTS & LEISURE CRAFT: TARBERT & SCALPAY PONTOONS
Per day or overnight: £2.70 per metre or part thereof
INCLUDES ELECTRICITY, WATER, WI-FI, TOILETS, AND REFUSE. LAUNDRY PAY AS YOU GO.
SHOWERS ARE METERED AT TARBERT AND SCALPAY (Scalpay toilets access 50p)
At busy periods some rafting up on the pontoons will be required.
WEEKLY RATES: £15.00 per metre LOA per week, including electricity, water, wi-fi
MONTHLY RATE: £45.00 per metre LOA per month, including wi-fi and water but excluding electricity.

LOCAL BOATS, YACHTS &LEISURE CRAFT
Tarbert and Scalpay Pontoon Berth dues. Per metre or part thereof:
TARBERT PONTOON BERTH: ANNUAL (per metre) £ 75.00 MONTH (per metre) £ 7.50
SCALPAY PONTOON BERTH: ANNUAL (per metre) £ 70.00 MONTH (per metre) £ 7.00
TARBERT 'Donald John' pontoon, for local boats up to 6m LOA, £60 per metre per annum or £6.92 per week. SCALPAY, inner leg section, for local boats up to 6m LOA, £47.60 per metre or £5.49 per week.

PRICES PER METRE FOR ALL VESSELS UP TO 24m LOA (being maximum permitted Length on Tarbert outer hammerhead only)

ANNUAL 185.00 Excludes Electricity, water, and refuse.
Refuse removal is very expensive here in the islands. We have to charge commercial passenger vessels additional rates per sack of refuse. PLEASE CAN YOU SORT YOUR SACKS AND RECYCLE PLASTICS, PAPER, CARD BOTTLES, AND CANS, THE REST GOES TO LANDFILL. Charges applied:

OTHER CHARGES
• SLIPWAY, Tarbert for painting or repair PER DAY £6.00 Please note that NO flaked paint, fibreglass chips or antifouling must be discharged or lost into the sea. Please use tarpaulins to catch waste material and use to prevent paint being washed to sea.
• SLIPWAY, Tarbert for heaving or launching each way £3.00. Use of Slipway at Tarbert is FREE for all annual, summer and winter berth holders.
• SLIPWAY, QUAY, Tarbert and PONTOONS at Tarbert or Scalpay for commercial Use in connection with a business (e.g., Kayaking, paddle boarding, dinghy sailing,) PER DAY £10.00
• USE OF PONTOONS TARBERT OR SCALPAY FOR SHORT STAY in connection with a business, tour operators, passenger vessels and tenders Berthing up to 4 hours £10.00
• PASSENGER DISEMBARKATION and PICK UP AT TARBERT OR SCALPAY From a tender or from passenger vessel per person 0.50p minimum £2.00
• REFUSE AT TARBERT OR SCALPAY FROM VESSELS AT ANCHOR
Bringing refuse ashore from private leisure vessels at anchor and using IOHM paladins or glass recycling bins:
